About Us

Who we are:

[Health] Decoded is a public health campaign that helps teens and their families navigate the social, emotional, physical and mental effects of important community health issues.

What we believe:

Young people have the power to make their own decisions about how to overcome obstacles and make positive changes in their lives. Our goal is to help them cut through the clutter and access accurate information and evidence-based support so they can explore what works best.

What we do:

Instead of telling young people how they should feel or what they have to do, we aim to empower teens and young adults by helping them:

  • Get the facts about COVID-19 and other health concerns
  • Get connected to trusted resources and practical ideas for how to cope with life’s curveballs in healthy ways
